Tourist Invasion of Angkor
Siem Reap and the temples of Angkor are clearly the main motive for many tourists to visit Cambodia. Of course we did not want to not miss this place, so we left at 04:45 clock by tuk tuk to Angkor Watt, the main temple. The sunrise we enjoyed along with hundreds of Asian
tourists, the atmosphere was that of an Asian Open Air festival. Despite the many people we found again and again small and hidden temples surrounded by lush green landscape. Especially the architecture and geometry of the temples are fascinating and brings us to be amazed.
